Event: 8th India Ideas Conclave 2024

Announcement: India Ideas Conclave, an annual event organised by India Foundation is a globally significant gathering that brings together a distinguished group of policymakers and public intellectuals from India and abroad. Over 400 invited intellectuals, including government and corporate leaders, scholars, journalists, politicians, and social activists, participate in this influential conclave, where ideas and opinions are exchanged in a candid and scholarly atmosphere.
The first seven editions of the conclave have been a testament to its significance, with scholars from over 30 countries, including several Heads of State and other dignitaries, participating. Notable figures such as Mr Tshering Tobgay, Prime Minister of Bhutan; Ashwini Vaishnav, Union Minister of Railways, Government of India; Mr Sher Bahadur Deuba, former Prime Minister of Nepal; Mrs Sushma Swaraj, former External Affairs Minister, Government of India; and Mrs Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga, former President of Sri Lanka, have graced the India Ideas Conclave with their presence. The 8th India Ideas Conclave will take place from 22 to 24 November 2024 in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
