Announcement: India Foundation is conducting the 4th Kautilya Fellows Programme on Contemporary India Studies, a year-long fellowship for scholars and professionals under 40 years old. The fellowship will include a 6-day on-site study program from May 5-11, 2025 in New Delhi, as well as 3 virtual sessions throughout the year. Fellows will delve into India’s foreign and public policy, learning from thought leaders in government and experienced practitioners. Participants will be required to submit a 5000-word issue brief by the end of the fellowship. India Foundation will cover tuition, travel allowance, visa assistance, accommodation and meals for the on-site program. Submissions by the fellows will be published in an edited volume at the end of the fellowship.
