Announcement: Join us for the India Foundation Legal Dialogue on The Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991, a roundtable discussion featuring eminent legal experts. Enacted to maintain the religious character of places of worship as they stood on 15th August 1947, the Act prohibits their conversion while exempting the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute. The event will take place on 6th March 2025.
