India Foundation hosted its 5th Technology Roundtable at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune. This event was jointly organized with ICMR-National Institute of Virology, Pune and DBT-National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS). The session was jointly chaired by Dr. Ram Madhav, President of the India Foundation, and Shri Jayant Sinha, Former Minister of State for Finance and Civil Aviation.
The focused discussion centered on India’s Biotechnology Landscape, specifically examining the MedTech Industry, Molecules, and the Challenges of navigating tariffs in uncertain times. This closed-door session brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, including industry experts, academicians, subject matter specialists, and government representatives, all of whom actively contributed to the discussion.
