India Deep Tech Conclave 2026: Viksit Bharat Vision for Frontier Tech

Frontier technologies such as AI, semiconductors, quantum, space, robotics and biotechnology are becoming a defining measure of national power. They shape economic growth, defence preparedness and strategic autonomy. Yet global supply chains for chips, critical minerals and advanced components remain concentrated and vulnerable to geopolitical disruption.

India brings a deep talent pool, a thriving startup ecosystem and dedicated national missions across these domains. Converting these strengths into lasting leadership will require closing key gaps: scaling research into commercial products, mobilising patient capital, building domestic demand, and securing supply chains through trusted partnerships.

The Conclave brings government, industry, academia, investors and strategic thinkers together to address these challenges. Its aim is to move from ambition to implementation and to help place India at the technology frontier on the road to Viksit Bharat @2047.
